From the Home page, use the icon to see it’s last known location.
From the Home page, use the icon to go the the Interactive page. In the middle of the screen, use the Commands drop down box to select REQUEST POSITION. Then use the “Send Request” button below the drop down box to send the command to the SWAT Plus unit. The History box will show you that the request has been sent. Depending on cellular data and GPS coverage, it can take anywhere from 1 – 5 minutes. The Interactive page will refresh every minute to keep the page updated.
First, setup a Geo Place by going to Menu >> Home >> Settings >> Geo Places. From that screen, enter the address you’d like to setup as a Geo Place in the Search section and click Find by Address. The map will then be centered on the address you’ve provided. Click on the “Create Way Point” button in the Geo Place Details Section. A new blue circle will appear indicating the Geo Place. You can drag the center of the circle to a new location, or you can drag the size of the circle larger or smaller if you want. Change the name of the Geo Place from “New way point” to whatever convienient name you’d like (“home” or “work” for example). Click on the Save button. The Geo Place is now ready for assignment.
Second, assign the Geo Place to the vehicle. Go to the Home page, and click on the button to show the Device Configuration page. You can assign the Geo Place you’ve created to the vehicle by clicking on the Geo Place Settings dropdown, selecting your Geo Place, and then clicking the Update button at the bottom of the page.
Alerts for Geo Place Enter and Exit will be displayed on the Alerts page, which can be found on the Home screen by clicking on the hyperlink for the vehicle in the “Alerts” column. Triggered alerts show on the bottom of the page. If you’d like to e-mail or Text Message these alerts as they occur, you can use this page to assign a new alert using the Server Alert Details section.
From the Home page, click on the button to show the Device Configuration page. Select the Speed Alert value you’d like to set for your vehicle in the Alert Settings section. Then hit the Update button at the bottom of the screen.
